Getting Xmas Dinner Stuff..

So later this weekend im going to be heading out to buy the stuff needed for Christmmas dinner, that got me thinking, what do you folks typically do for Xmas dinner?

This is actually the first one where we've invited family over for me to cook for them and this is what i think we'll end up having...

Appetizers:

Mini sausages with stuffing.

Entree:

Turkey
Pork chestnut + apple stuffing
Parsnips
Brussels and pan-fried pancetta
Carrots with sweet orange glaze
Roast potatos
Gravy
Cranberry Sauce

Dessert:

Mince pies with custard
Plum pudding with brandy butter

Originally i thought about doing something different like a Japanese or Italian Christmas meal but then i realized how much work id have to do 'above and beyond' what i wanted LOL

So what are you folks going to be having for Xmas day dinner?
