Affiliate Promo Tools - What Do You Use?

So i was wondering, out of all the different types of promo tools that sponsors provide their affiliates, how many of them do you actually use on a regular basis?

Id presume that most of us use banners, buttons, and FHGs but what about other things like FPAs, free content, blogs, RSS Feeds, POTD sites, etc?

Do you use all the tools that a sponsor provides or do you tend to use the same types of promo tools over and over again without trying out different things?

Also, what in your mind, makes a good promo tool?
