I've been offered $25,000 for WooHim.com and CockTheVote.com, a gay social network that has been around since Dec 08. The sites earn around $2k a month from ads running. They earn more when I'm not too busy and sell ad space or spam the members more by mass private message/etc. The sites are pretty much entirely custom and not out of the box. Features include highly customizable profiles, instant messenger with Facebook/Google connect, Webcam Audio/Video/Text Chatrooms, Cam2Cam, badges, shouts, status feeds, etc. Highly loyal userbase.
