How Do You Promote Your WM Referal Codes?

Just curious to find out how everyone promotes webmaster referrals at specific programs?

Do you use your signature only or do you have a page / site setup specifically for the promotion of webmaster referral programs?

For example, i know a few webmasters who are uisng the 3 tier 15% commision referral program on Stud Money on the bottom of their TGP galleries quite well in addition to having a page built just where they list their referral codes for the various programs they use.

So how do you promote wm referrals?
