So i was talking to a friend of mine yesterday, and she was telling me how the whole vampire thing was a really big turn on for her. Are there a lot of people out there that are into that sort of stuff? vampires having sex or a vampire having sex with a human. any thoughts??

I think some people are into vampirism, usually those in the gothic scene, or those who are fond of Anne Rice novels seem to be turned on by it. I think most who are into this kind of thing are more turned on by the romanticism of it all. Instead of them thinking about being fucked by a vampire, their most likely getting off to the idea of the vampire fondling, caressing, and sucking their neck, until he's ready to bite into their human flesh. Interesting, Paul. You, I, and the rest of us probably have seen some big producers making videos with vampire themes once in a great while. So it is out there to some extent, at least as a total fake fantasy thing. It must be if one of the most popular and traditional Halloween costumes is a vampire. It's like a video of guys in Roman or Greek military garb who have a fuck fest. (Personally I have to ignore the stage set and embellishments in these fantasies to enjoy the sex, but that is beside the point.) Who knows. There's the masked masturbators, so why not a site about playing vampires for the reasons you described.
You might want to know that there are people who are literally into vampirism. They may or may not consider themselves to be vampires, but they do actually bite and suck blood for real. So this obviously is a whole other thing than the fantasy you discussed. There's enough of it out there for documentaries on TV to be made about it at least, because I saw them. Not sure how accurate shows are. Apparently there is some condition where some people need to drink/ingest blood, whether that has anything to do with this or sometimes or not. But then there are people who just love it. They discover they love the taste of someone else's blood and view the activity as an act of love between two people. There's also the folklore of once bitten, a person falls in love with the vampire. This bonding phenomenon, whether a psychological effect of the folklore or not, purportedly has some truth to it. So it's a romantic if not sexual thing, I guess.
I don't believe the vampire "fetish" extends into gay circles. Oh, certainly, there are a few people that are into it. There are guys who are into gay guys in scuba gear or twinks that jackoff to balloons too, but it's not enough to build a niche around. Probably not even a single site.

I think a lot of the 'vampire' stuff as of late with straight women is because of that Twilight movie and not necessarily because of the 'porn' aspect of vampiric sex.... But more because of how vampire love was portrayed in the book/movie.

as to whether there's a market, i expect there will be women in that market - but on the other hand, a lot of chicks i know were turned on by the young lestat and what's-his-name (stephan?).
unfortunately i expect anyone who tries it is likely to do it poorly. and i don't think this would be a niche that would work out well if done poorly.

i do not know if it is just women because that guy in the movie was hot :)
