MFA Sites - Ethical Or Not? Your Thoughts?

I was wondering what everyones take on MFA (Made For Adsense) sites were, i know a couple of people are doing quite well using AdSense and Adwords arbitage to generate income however im wondering how everyone felt about these types of sites.

Do you think it is fair to the people spending money on AdWords to be getting clicks from sites that are bidding on the same keywords but when a link is clicked, it takes the surfer to a page full of AdSense links making the MFA site owner money from the same traffic?

I have to admit, im torn, i can see how it could be deemed unethical but, on the other hand, i can see why people are wanting to build these types of site.

Your thoughts, are MFA sites ethical or not?

That's a good question, here's two idea's.
If we're going to site here and say it isn't ethical, then we need to take a hard look at the industry as a whole. How many Adult Performers are taken advantage of? How many didn't get paid or the "Pornographer" abused them.
If we want to scream ethics then we enforce it everywhere not just our domain.

On the flip side

we're kind of double dipping if we do that
