Hey Macho!
It depends on how detailed or "fancy" you want it.
I know Dynamic Drive (http://www.dynamicdrive.com) has pulled down menus similar to this. Java and/or DHTML driven which are quick to install and customize.
I have used the base menu from there and enhanced it myself on a couple of sites.
That's the first place I'd check.
