Webmaster ID or CCBill ID

I joined CC today and I'm confused on which ID to use for the hosted galleries or links. The Merged Affiliate ID or the Webmaster ID?

You use the numerical ID that CCBill gave you and put that in your linking code instead of the 941984 ID that is there currently :)
