Question about bitrates for streaming content

do u know what is typical for content providers of streaming content when it comes to bitrates?

I'm strill having trouble converting giga bytes to mbps LOL I'm sure someone here will know... I'll ask around and see what I come up with in the mean time.

Well, one thing that is important is the size of the video.
We talking 320x240, 352x240, 240x160 or what?
If it's the usual 342x240, rule of thumb is at LEAST 512k
for a good quality stream.
