Looking to sell my sites or find a partner to help.

I have 5 different sites 5 gay 1 straight. Four of them are tube sites. They used to generate over $1500.00 a month in banner revenue/cam rev/and sign ups. So I am either entertaining offers to sell or seeking a partner on a 50/50 split who can dedicate the time to maintain the content and banner spaces to maximize their revenue potential. I'll pay for the traffic/hosting/promotion.
