I'm not sure what you mean- it's just banner ad space / hardlinks for sale :)

Nick -- you pay to have banners and/or links to your sites, blogs, etc put up on his website. It's usually a certain amount for a specific length of time, but I have seen a one time price for links and it's there for the life of whatever site you paid to be on.
