Hello,
I am just wondering if its okay to have a gay porn tube with embedded videos from other large tube sites like xhamster, pornhub (because of traffic...) and also use sponsored videos from adult content providers (like Men.com, etc..) and promote their websites and memberships.
Their videos would be linked to their websites, I would display a link to "download full videos" and a banner under the video to their site (with my aff link).

I wouldn't use xhamster or other big tube site videos if your link on your tube site sends your traffic back to a video they're hosting with someone else's affiliate link. I hope you followed that!!
A tube script has ways for you to automatically add hosted videos from most of the gay programs by importing them. Others provide links to new videos if they don't have an rss feed. You'd just add them to your tube and setup the affiliate links.
I send out a lot of DMCAs to PornHub's Affiliates, since I removed all of my videos from PH.
In fact, I often did before the PH MasterCard action, as Google Search results were a maze of various Affiliates promoting any one of my videos. Just a mess that caused more confusion than it was worth.
Tubes need to die.
