Would someone please critique my landing page?

Hi there,

I've just started a new discreet gay dating site for closeted, bi-curious, and discreet guys seeking other men. I've had moderate success thus far, but I'm not making even close to the amount of money I would like to make.

I'm wondering, if it's alright, if anyone here would like to critique my landing page. I have asked friends and family and everyone has told me it's fine, but clearly it's not because I'm not getting the conversions I want.

Getting started and building profiles is a real Catch22 - publicizing 167 members and no profile pics is a tough sell even for a free sign-up - this is not a specific skill area for me, but there must be some suggestions from this community for initial profile population?
