International Web Developers Network for web coding issues.
WebHostingTalk - mainly there for e-commerce issues
Small Business Forums for just general advice.
HTML Tutorials for HTML.
Well mainy there answering questions for the most part :) I have met some good people on some boards and have only gotten burned a few times. I think that is pretty good. There are others as well - geez, like about 40, but I lose track of some of them from time to time.
