Looking for someone to developed a classified website for me.

Since the CRASH of Craigslist..I've heard a lot of guys complaining about not knowing where to go to meet others.
So, I thought a personal classifieds site would be a good idea..at least for my area in the Northwest (Seattle). Time is scant for me to develop something so I thought I would put this out here. Anyone interesting in putting together said type of site?

I've been visiting a site here in the UK, sleepyboy.com, that posted a sour message the other day that CCBill pulled the plug on their membership processing.

I see today, that they have found several new payment processors, including PaySafe, Cardinity and txtNation.

I recognize PaySae from recent trade shows, but not the other two.
