Looking for an affiliate marketing sales Person

Gay Adult Website Production company is seeking an affiliate marketing sales person to develop our recently re-launched website affiliate program. Individual must be comfortable working with gay webmasters and representing gay content. We are seeking a customer focused sales and marketing pro to proactively build our affiliate base and support existing affiliates. Compensation based on a percentage of affiliate sales plus bonuses, negotiable.
Requirements:Adult web sales and marketing experience.
Prior experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
