I give up, I need a mentor - will pay $500!

That's right, I gave up trying this and that...
I'm relative newbie, well at least with the tube sites. I need someone to teach me how to market them and where to get traffic.
I'll pay $250 now and $250 after one month if everything is OK.
I guess this should include one month of intensive emailing back and forth and six months of occasional emails.
Now, I don't expect you to teach me how to make millions, just show me how to get a solid couple of hundreds of dollars a month. And I already know design and web stuff.
PM me guys... someone who have experience with tube sites exclusively is preffered (fetishes maybe).

So far I've made two tube site networks (forum doesn't allow me to post links yet). One network is general gay tube, the other is BDSM - fetish. 110 sites in total.

As I said, I don't have time to read forums to try various traffic sources. I'd really like someone to give me directions: do this and don't do that.

These are different times, there isn't necessarily an easy answer to your problem.

For example, networks of sites owned by a single individual don't have the SE muscle they used to have.

And finding a mentor in this new dark age of porn selling is a risk in and of itself.

110 sites?
are they all trading traffic to each other?
do they all contain the same content?

have you made one successfull tube site prior to making more sites and trading traffic with your own sites ?

what kind of traffic do you have to the sites? pr ? link trades? sponsors??

it would be nice to see what your tubes look like

well after looking at your sites i gotta say
1. i love your naming convention on your domains names very nice ;)
2. your site designs are very clean and look great lots of stuff to click
3. hosting speed is great, video didnt autoplay but loaded faassst ;)

now from what you said in your pvt msg one thing you must know is that

when buying traffic you must keep in mind its being sold by big sites and mostly webmasters who know what they are doing, they sell it cause its not working out for them

so no more buying traffic

trading traffic between other tubes while i guess it can work you need to make it so the traffic that you dont like ie : surfer who watches TONS of your trailers and doesnt do anything get rid of him send it to your trade
crap country traffic send to your trades
your trying to filter your trades traffic to suit you "this can be hard"
so i try to focus on one site try and get 1k a day or more ;)
you can trade with your own sites too

some filter from crap tubes that have good traffic that gets filtered to higher quality tubes of yours that end up in sales

instead of straight up clone sites more niche specific sites u got the domains ;)

really gear each site for specific content or have a cpl and do that filter down stuff ;)

with trade scripts make sure you tag all links so you know whats going where from where what clicks they are etc.

Not sure where you were buying traffic, but I will say I have not once found a traffic broker that can provide me with good quality traffic. If you really want to buy traffic, may I suggest contacting site owners directly and making strategic deals with them. That's about the only way you will be able to get productive traffic.

Absolutely agree with Luke. Having tried that and bought the t-shirt, the only paid options worth considering are well-thought-out advertising (no random banner ads on blogs or PPC) and partnerships.

Interesting advice regarding buying traffic guys. I have lots of experience buying traditional stuff, but I'm new to this side of the net. Finding out quickly that what you suggest is completely true and very important. Lots of junk out there. I'm still a little overwhelmed myself by the whole thing! I keep trying to remind myself of who is getting paid when I purchase their traffic. If there is more than one party, I'm spending too much.
