How to get into adult industry?

Hello Friends ..
Can an average guy, muscular body, average penis, below average height, get into stripping or adult industry? How to go about it?

Probably the easiest way to get started would be as a cam model. I'm not sure how one goes about getting hired, but I'm sure other members here will have the details on how to go about it.
