did you keep the emails? Do you know how to read the information from the header source? unless hes behind proxies, it should give you some info like possibly his ISP (I dont remember if thats tracked from free emails) and his ISP.... im not an expert in this, but it might be useful

Thanks for the info. Yeah, our legal department has all of the correspondence and has already determined who he is, where he conducts business, who his contacts are, where he is hosted, who his ISP is, etc.

His hosting company, ISP and merchant account has already been contacted and we're now looking into possible laws he has violated in Australia to see about initiating a criminal investigation with the proper governmental agencies over there. We're just getting tired of this shit.

but it should be fairly easy to shut down his paypal - they don't allow adult to start with, and they will probably be much more responsive to the issue that these DVDs are actually in violation of copyrights.
