Some thoughts and truth about hentai content and the copyrights problems involve.

It seems that Hentai including gay hentai is one of the most profitable niche on the market for 2 main reasons .
    1) It's draining a huge crowd that can't really be consider your average porn buyer . A lot of hentai lovers are paradoxaly not really into regular porn , this customers tend to be loyal as long as they get what they pay for
2)The other reason that makes hentai so profitable is that most of the webmasters just don't pay for their hentai content . It's not really a secret anymore that there isn't much legal hentai content on the market (out of exclusive content and my content that Matrix use to distribute as MMG or Unwired ) but japanese are not really into procedure and copyright lawsuit when it comes to sex . So japanese hentai sites have become a huge free market where everybody is coming , to fill his cart and get its content for free . I am certainly aware that there is some player out there who acquired their content legally and are doing a decent job , on the other hand , a 10 minutes search on google or some of the affiliate programs allow to find 100's of sites distributing illegal hentai content and most of the time mine.

I woudn't care less except for a simple fact . As the main producer of hentai content , I can see my pictures everywhere on internet for years without
making any money out of them .So I would like to try to offer webmasters an opportunity to clear the situation by offering a way to go legit and even genrate more revenue by offering new content . I am producing mainly for the japanese market , so most of the content I got has not been seen ever in its uncensored version . As I am interested to put this content on the market today , I have at the same time to make sure that I am not living the same situation again where my content is profitable to everybody except myself .
So I invite webmaster with an hentai site to have a look at my content site , ask me questions if they happen to see some of their content on my site and eventually acquire in a legitimate manner the content they might be selling for some time now . My goal is not to know who is selling my stuff and for how long but to give an opportunity to everybody to start on a nice basis . From now on ,I will be providing hentai content to the western market and think that in the long term , it will be profiatble to everybody to start a nice commercial relation with us .
This might be consider spam or whatever advertising but I hope that you can understand that after being riped off for years , I use this board to clarify things . On the other hand , I arrive today at a point where I am certainly ready to go legally after any site selling my content without any
    legitimacy .

unless it's hentai you can actually "embed" signatures/watermarks there's no real way of telling who's work it is! , i think for that fact alone i am leary of purchasing something from someone who may not be the owner.
and on another note , i am not too particularly fond of hentai , alot of it seems to 'embrace" pseudo-rape/violence/childporn and although it is not actual ( those simm things are a bit disturbing also! ) it's enough of a "red-flag" to keep me away.
it's hard to gauge the adult market right now because of the recent 2257 upset and it being summer , so i cannot verify to date if "hentai" is leading in sales ( and only because they can display things we can't portray in real life! )
i love the "art!" just not the "direction" , these are my thoughts!

sincerely ~ ..."the character "cock-vader!" is being sought by police in connection with the graphic underage rape of another character , any information leading to his capture/arrest would be greatly appreciated!"... :goof:

Oh i agree i just found it odd that he mentioned several companies that do license toon content (its not hentai) to webmasters, only to take a look through his site hoping to find something 'special' but only to find it was the same stolen stuff that MMG license.

I post here because I saw some post looking for gay hentai content .
I got some , I signed a couple of contract years ago for maybe a total of 15 websites and I can see my stuff everywhere . I am the owner of MMG , Unwired and the studio with 20 persons drawing this stuff .
Devine is distributing my video products including my gay animation movie for years so I assume my content is legit .
Why is it that every time a newbie post , he has to go through this scrutiny phase ? So if you could let me know what you mean by stolen stuff , i'll appreciate .

The fact is, NO toon content is legit unless it is exclusively drawn for you, most of these sites with toon content in them are using unlicensed, stolen content.

To my knowledge, there is one place in the industry to buy licensed toon content, both gay and straight, http://www.exclusivecontent.com and the only reason i know it is licensed is because i know a few of the artists there in addition to the site owner.

You might also want to head across to http://www.animeresources.com and ask on the forum over there how much 'licensed' toon content is available, legitimately.

Im not saying YOU stole content, you could very well have purchased it in good faith from whoever provided it to you however, the fact remains, these movies where the content itself comes from cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to produce, i hardly think they would be willing to sell their artwork for dollars an image, nevermind movie clips.

    some fact

I have a studio with 20 artists , I sell in Japan for over 5 years under the brand gravityworkx in more than 20 retail chains . I got all original drawing
of the artists that are on my payroll , my name is David Penava , one of my company is called MMG and I won a lawsuit involving my content against a guy you might know called Georges Lucas . I might still have the pictures where he get blown by Jajar . So now , out of having a webcam above each of my artist to show you the drawing real time , I can't do much more .
You might have to add a link to your list and i'll be more than happy to deliver to you by monday a picture with any theme , situation and character you required just for the fun of it .
    peace

It's true it's hard to know who owns the rights...

You say all your hentai content is legal, but I see many drawings in your shop that clearly represent famous hentai characters, like from Dragon Ball.

So that means you managed to get the real hentai autors' authorization to create personalized gay porn with his characters, and you pay him the royaltees?

Otherwise, I guess this content, even not stolen, is completely illegal too.

    this is called parody

I won a lawsuit against Lucasfilm for one of my movie called Starballz where the main character looked like dragonball , the court decided that it was a parody protected by the first amendment . So on the legal side , let say that I am covered . On the moral side , here in Japan , there is 7 floors shop selling exclusively parodies comics ,videos and games of famous anime character . These shops are everywhere in the open in Tokyo and it's a sign of popularity for an artist to get his character on the parody (doujinshi) market . So to answer your question , this is how they feel about that .
Let me also remind you that others went the same route from mel brooks spaceballs to porn flicks like natural born fuckers .
