How many of you folks use these services on a daily basis?

If you use them do you find them of value or do you find them an added anoyance to your inbox?

Personally i do have about 6 keywords for their thread notification setup but its very rare that i get an emal teling me a thread i am interested in has been started.

So what about the rest of you?
