You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

Heres A Thought Share Some Advice

Thought it would be an idea to see how we can start helping each other out before the start of the community project early next month so, with that said, lets each share one tip we have learnt with each other whether it is to do with TGP submissions or Search Engines or whether it is a tip abou tbuying content post one peice of advice that you use regularly in this thread and lets see what gems we all have to share.

    Here is my tip..

When building free sites or tgp galleries the easiest way to make sure you can cut down on your work is to use templates, name all of the images and thumbs on these sites in a generoc manner i.e, thumb1.jpg would link to pic1.jpg thumb2.jpg would link to pic2.jpg.

This way when it comes to building another site all you have to do is change your meta tags and sponsor links and upload a bunch of generic named thumbs and images and you should be able to build a new site within about 5 minutes

    Regards,

    Lee

I just learned this one last week:

Have a friend go to your site, navigate through your preview galleries, and try and buy a membership. Make sure it's someone who isn't all that familiar with porn sites, the Internet, or e-commerce sites.

Encourage them to ask their questions outloud, but don't guide them in any way. By asking questions, it'll become more clear on how they might be confused by your site or method of navigation.

My friend pointed out that I was missing a "join" button in some pretty key areas. Since I added it, sales have jumped.

I find a great tool for automatically making the thumbs and resizing the big images is Express Thumbnail Creator.
