For the past couple of days ive been surfing a lot of porn sites, not for their err, entertainment values mind you, but for ideas on new and upcoming niches that can be targeted to gay surfers and, you know what, there are literally hundreds of them i have found that people are already promoting but, they dont know it.

For years, we have been told how niched sites that get targeted traffic beat more generic sites hands down sales wise yet, we still arent pushing those niches that are up and coming which may have significant levels of existing traffic already available.

Go back a couple of days ago to what i mentioned last week about that site i found which was pushing Jocks to a general site which had no mention of Jocks anywhere on the tour pages. Well, what if, you found a niche that you knew had existing traffic, you had the content but, you had nowhere to send that traffic?

This is where building an AEN / AVS site can be really handy to the adult webmaster using a system such as http://www.mancheck.com

To explain what i mean lets take a really 'generic' sounding niche and break it down a little more, say for example, ebony guys.

Right off the bat, we have general ebony sites we can push, there are literally hundreds of those available to promote from the various sponsors that we have all seen but, what about black amateurs? Black twinks? Ebony bears? Ebony Jocks? There arent that many of those sites available to us presently to promote so, do something about it, build your own and throw it up on and AEN such as MANcheck and, send your traffic to your AEN site, its just the same as sending it to a sponsor but, you have a lot more control over the traffic and, the quality of the site.

Most of us already have the content we need to promote a black site (using the same example) because that is already a niche we work with, im sure, if you looked long and hard at some of the content you have, you could rustle together 50 or so pics for a micro-niche of the ebony market or, whatever niche it is you work with, uncut, twinks, bears, etc etc, content isnt just 'ebony' sure, the guy may be black but, what is he wearing? What is he doing? What does he look like? These are all things we should be looking at when we buy new content and, when we start to categorize our existing content.

The point is, it just takes a different perspective when we look at the sets we have currently to find those micro-niches and, even if there isnt a site for that niche at the moment, by building your own site on an AEN such as MANcheck, you are able to profit from these micro-niches.

Think about this also, how many webmasters do you think there are currently promoting 'ebony' sites? Now, how many do you think are promoting amateur black men or, hairy black men?

The lower down the list of micro-niches you go, the easier it is to make money.

Until *we* do something about the lack of niches available to us by building our own sites and traffic sources for these niches, they arent going to start popping up for us to promote and make $35-$40 per sale. In the meantime, take every 50% plus rebills you can get from somewhere like MANcheck and establish the niches that YOU want to promote.
