Company Overview

BCS Mobile is a California corporation specializing in branded mobile content
aggregation, licensing, and delivery of digital gay themed adult entertainment. Through a
simple licensing agreement, we partner with existing gay adult entertainment production
studios to provide BCS Mobile users the technology and ability to view clips of the
Studio’s gay adult videos on our user’s mobile devices.
What makes BCS Mobile unique is that we specialize in the gay adult entertainment
industry. Our users don’t log in and find naked women on our website. Our marketing
strategy and advertising campaigns are targeted for those that enjoy gay adult
entertainment.

How It Works

The Studio provides BCS Mobile with their existing DVD projects. We then edit and repurpose
the digital media from their full length or “trailer” or “promotional” DVD’s and
create mobile ready content for our users.
Next, we go the extra step to promote the Studio name, Film Title and Web Address on
each clip. Each video clip that is re-purposed is also edited to promote the Studio’s
name and film title at the beginning and end of each video clip. Each video clip is
approximately 2 min in length. For the benefit of Studio promotion, the more content that
each Studio provides, the more advertising and revenue potential each Studio acquires.
Finally, the clips are attached with a searchable criteria based on Studio name, film title,
entertainer’s stage name, and type of film (fetish). On the BCS Mobile website, the
search criteria can be tailored to select which clips our users want to see.
Here’s how it works for the user. To use the service, a customer sets up their account on
the bcsmobile.com website. In order to keep the transaction secure, they set up their
credit card billing account through the desktop as well (signing up from the mobile device
does not allow for the secure transaction). BCS Mobile has a relationship with CCBill for
the secured transaction and credit card billing. Chips can then be purchased and held in
their account. Each chip is approximately $ 0.44 each. Each two minute video clip uses
approximately two chips per viewing. If the user purchases chips in bulk, discounts are
available.
The user then selects which video clips they would like placed in their video shelf. They
can then browse, select, designate favorites and purchase specially prepared clips from
a variety of current gay adult movies and build their mobile shelf using our preset search
criteria of Studio name, Film title, Actor’s name, and film type.
When the customer accesses bcsmobile.com from their handheld device, they can
select which clips they wish to view (from either their self-built video shelf or any
selection), apply their chips toward the viewing of that video clip, and enjoy their mobilecontent. At anytime, the customer can then view the clip right on their mobile phone or
wireless device.
For additional promotional opportunities for the Studios, users are also provided with a
free clip of the day available on the mobile devices.
The mobile media format used includes Windows Media, Real Player, or 3GPP which is
preselected or determined by the browser in the mobile device.

Revenue Opportunities

Each time a user views a particular Studio’s video clip, 15% of the revenue generated by
the selection of that Studio’s clip is paid to the Studio. For example, a user purchases
the standard chip package (each chip costing $ 0.44) and selects the video clip from
Studio XYZ. The cost of the video clip is two chips totaling $ 0.88. The Studio would
receive $ 0.13 for each of their video clips viewed. This is paid monthly directly from
BCS Mobile to the studio. At any time, the Studio can log on and see the activity of their
particular content including their revenue.
The BCS Mobile licensing agreement allows for the first six months of reciprocal banner
placement. The Studio banner (and weblink) is clearly placed on the front page of our
website and the Studios place our banner on their site. As part of our Click through
Acquisition program (CTA) each time a new user sets up an account and purchases any
pre-paid chip package as a result of a “click through” from a Studio’s website, BCS
Mobile will pay $ 1.00 to the Studio. This additional revenue is only for those Studios that
promote BCS Mobile on their site as outlined in the licensing agreement.
There are also additional banner and advertising spaces available on the site (samples
shown on the last page of this proposal) which can be licensed by Studios for product
promotion or site promotion.
For those Studios seeking more exposure and prominence on the front page of the site,
the Premium Clip Feature is available. This is available for Studios that wish to waive the
15% revenue and want their Studio clips always featured during that particular month.
Opportunities include featuring a “new release” from a Studio or random clips specifically
from that studio. These opportunities are scheduled in advance.

Technology Background

Our Information Technology Specialists are responsible for the editing and re-purposing
the movies into the clips which are viewable on the mobile devices. After the Studio has
submitted the DVD’s they wish to feature, our team of Information Technology
specialists rip the data and convert it into manageable avi format. The content is then
edited through an advanced editing software program where the splicing and placement
of Studio name and Film Title are completed. The files are then encoded to mobile
readiness for Windows viewers (.wmv), Real Player viewers (.rm) and Quicktime players
(.mov) embedded in the mobile device. By using WAP technology, we are able to take
advantage of the advances in mobile content delivery to bring our mobile users the best
in gay adult entertainment. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) is an open international standard for applications
that use wireless communication, particularly Internet access from a mobile phone. WAP
was designed to provide services equivalent to a Web browser with some mobilespecific
additions, being specifically designed to address the limitations of very small
portable devices. It is now the protocol used for the majority of the world's mobile
internet sites, otherwise known as wap-sites. The Japanese i-mode system is the other
major competing wireless data protocol. WAP is a protocol suite created for mobile
devices such as PDAs and mobile phones, aiming at giving their users a richer data
application experience that would enable "access to the Internet," as it was then put in
terms. Before WAP became popular, it was nearly impossible for application providers to
build interactive data applications that would allow, for example, business people on the
go to catch an important e-mail or learn early on that they were losing money on their
stocks; neither was it possible to build rich data applications allowing consumers to get
sports results and the latest news headlines from their TV. WAP aimed at enabling this
type of applications to be built on wireless technology. Before the WAP protocol was
created, wireless handset data application capabilities were limited to rudimentary
interfaces such as SMS (a messaging service) or USSD, a rudimentary browsing
service.

WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER
Windows Media Player is an all-in-one media player that provides viewing digital
entertainment on Windows XP-based PCs and the widest choice of portable devices.

REAL PLAYER
RealPlayer can access streaming or download content via wireless LANs and next
generation mobile networks by synching content to their device using RealPlayer on the
PC.

3GPP
3GPP and 3GPP2 are the worldwide standards for the creation, delivery and playback of
multimedia over 3rd generation, high-speed wireless networks. QuickTime has adopted
3GPP & 3GPP2 into the core architecture giving hundreds of millions of QuickTime
users mobile multimedia capabilities. What does the Studio do?
The Studio provides as much content as they would like to have featured on the
bcsmobile.com site. Typically this is a full length feature film, short scenes, trailers, etc.
Estimated lengths are two minutes, but shorter/longer footage can be edited. Once the
licensing agreement is complete, the team at BCS Mobile begins to edit the DVD into
mobile ready content.

What does BCS Mobile do?

Once BCS Mobile receives the content (DVD format), we will edit and RE-PURPOSE the
DVD to become mobile media compatible. Editing involved reducing a particular scene
to approx. 2 minutes and modifying each clip with opening and closing credits of:
THE STUDIO NAME
THE TITLE OF THE VIDEO
WEBSITE ADDRESS

Each clip is then uploaded into our website in mobile ready format for users to add to
their mobile library.
The BCS Advantage!
We are PROMOTING your Studio name, title of your film and your website address
every time it is viewed in the clip itself. The custom information is not obscure and offset.
Users of BCS Mobile see your product and are informed in the beginning and end of
each clip of the Studio Name, Film Title, and Website Address. Your product will also be
featured on the BCSMOBILE.COM website. With the establishment of a reciprocal
promotional agreement you will also be eligible for free banner advertising on
BCSMOBILE.COM
BRANDED ADVERTISING ON THE GO!

2) The Studio receives $ 1.00 for each new member’s registration and purchase of
a chip package as a result of “click through acquisition” from that Studio’s
website. How do I sign up?
