How Much Of A Role Does Branding Play In Getting Traffic?

So i was wondering what you folks thought about this question, do you think branding plays an important roles when it comes to our sites and generating both traffic and ultimately, sales to our sponsors?

I know for a lot of the sponsor programs they work heavily on branding themselves and their affiliate reps however, do you think surfers really care much about whether we brand our sites?

Absolutely ... and it's a 2 edged sword. If you brand the name and it gains a reputation for quality content ... you'll see long term loyalty to future films, sites, and so on. But heavily brand something that's crap ... and they'll know to run the other way.
