1. The thread was started by Cybercat, regarding a hosting account that was charged back after paying for a year’s hosting.
The company concerned was ‘rackco.com’ and this wasn’t a chargeback we have processed tons through our paypal account and paypal have put holds on some of the payments we’ve made this month.
Rackco was fully aware of the issues and we had been working with paypal to get this resolved, but today the payments did get reversed and back into our account.
Our servers are still on with rackco which you can see quite clearly if you go to our sites.
I speak to DanL nearly all day every day on ICQ who is one of the partners at Rackco and today we have been clearing this issue up.
From my understanding from my discussions with DanL today, the chat between cybercat and Kelly was private, and wasn’t an invite to start this thread.
It was stated in the starting thread that they had contacted ‘Interpol’ this is something DanL has said he had no knowledge of and is untrue.
2. There is a report on some forums that we also had issues with an acquisition of ‘British Bucks’ and some staff, again all part of recent paypal problems, they actually wasn’t charged back and if you contact the parties concerned you will find they are actually quite happy now as this was resolved.
3. YNOT – this is something I can’t talk about.
4. zBuckz – I’m not sure if there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication.
We were in talks with Danny and CJ in Gran Canaria about acquiring/merging zbuckz and Pulz.
I’m not sure where 2 Million Dollars came from but the figure we was talking about was 1 Million Dollars.
And we had more or less nearly closed the deal, apart from getting the legal dealings out the way.
During this I had mentioned to two associates in the industry that we had more or less closed the deal, maybe I used the wrong words maybe I didn’t.
One was in fact a online news company in the industry, but we told them not to publish anything until everything was ‘signed and sealed’, and had promised them an exclusive if the deal completed – they agreed.
Because of some events in Gran Canaria the deal hasn’t proceeded, and as far as I’m now aware as of today the deal has come to an end.
5. Posing as an attorney to sue Lee Windsor.
It has been claimed by Lee Windsor that we have posed as an Attorney to send a letter to Lee Windsor ‘a cease and desist’ he claimed he has called there office and been told they have not heard of Pulz or Myself.
I’m yet to speak to Dillon & Gerradi about this but I’m sure Lee is talking out of his ass.
I’m still yet to hear from Lee Windsor who I asked to tell me who he spoke to but he has declined that request.
And I think Lee should consider this: “Those in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones”.
6. CCBill – When in Gran Canaria our company had problems with our CC, we’ve since realised we had to have the CC re-issued.
All transactions have been queried.
If anyone speaks with CCBill you’ll find that we’ve more or less cleared this up.
7. Pride Content – Same issue, transfer has been sent to them and just waiting for them to confirm when it is actually received, I know there pissed off and if I could change that I would.
8. GayMainStreet.com – Yes we were in discussions with John Paul to acquire GMS, and had just got to agreeing a price and once this is also sorted I’m hoping those discussions will continue.
What I’d like to point out is that although these issues have been brought to light, PULZ had already been talking to these companies getting the issues sorted, but obviously this thread makes us look like we have just been hiding away, which I assure you we haven’t.
Obviously when you get a thread like this the company is going to be brought under a microscope.
We haven’t run, we haven’t stuck our head in the sands, we are still here trying to get this mess sorted out.
I think what a lot of people are wanting to hear publicly, which we’ve already done in private is that I’m sorry that these issues have caused so much hassle.
If there is anyone that feels they have an issue then please bring it to our attention so we can deal with it.
Obviously we are spending our time resolving these problems so can’t monitor the boards constantly so I’d appreciate it if you could contact us directly.
I will be replying constantly with updates at GayMainStreet.com if you are wanting to follow this.
