Ya man I saw that “Cave” movie and was not very impressed, so was really thinking this would be a bad copy of Cave is the big reason I did not go see it yet. I will say I loved the first Resident Evil movie and have all the games I even got a Game Cube just to play the most resent Resident Evil game. :rip:
Horror movie(s)
Going through the list of movies I cannot come up with one movie I like more than another based on the idea that they fall into sub-categories within the main genre label
It mainly stems from the fact that I’m not always in the same mood for the same horror at all times. Horror > Gore > Slasher > Exploitation > Classic > Zombie > Splatter > Reality > B, C and Z grade > Asian Extreme and so on. Many that also fall into the term Video Nasties.
So I’ll list a few
Men behind the sun 1988 (Reality/Gore) – Crazy little movie based on the experiments performed by the Japanese government during World War II.
Cannibal Holocaust 1980 (Exploitation) – The mother of all “And their footage was found” movies.
Violent Shit 1987 (Z grade/Gore/Splatter) – Just a bunch of Violent Shit
GUINEA PIG: Flower of Flesh and Blood 1985 (Asian shock) - 45 minutes of dismembering a kidnapped girl.
I’ll link to the photos – May be a little too extreme to post

And no! The "Horror" movies someone is into DOES NOT define them.
Be Who You Are!
I Madman is scary as hell
Nightwatch with Ewan McGregor is a great thriller
For reality scary movies, the all time king is the Faces of Death series
Remember the part in one of the series where they eat the monkeys brains while it's alive? Just came across this fantastic piece of work:
Some of those “B” horror films and foreign films are not for me, and real people dyeing is something I do not want to see as well. I like more “camp” or mainstream horror films for the most part. As far as I can go with “B” horror would be like Evil Dead or SleepAway Camp
Did anyone see newest Master of Horror on Showtime on demand yet, that was fucked up.
Sleepaway Camp is the one ... and with the greatest surprise ending of all time
The one movie that penetr8ted my mind the most is The Exorcist.
At the tender age of five my three much older brothers snuck me in to a drive-in to see it. At the time R.Catholicism was being hammered hard in to my open mind, thusly the show ripped me in to pieces (many are still lost).
Of course their taunts fueled the fires of my fear (of the faith).
Next, comes The Evil Dead (pt.1).
We're going to get you..
But, the most scariest thing that I've EVER seen on the tube was Paris Hilton's snatch!
No eyes should ever be subjected to something so horrid - it wreaks of death!
"it wreaks of death". That's why I love you so much, Paco!
My all time favorite horror movie is Night of the Living Dead. I've seen it so many times I could probably recite the entire movie from memory.
I'm a huge fan of "B" horror movies, such as Don't Look in the Basement and the ubercreepy Tourist Trap starring the incomparable Tonya Roberts (pre-Angels fame).

B horror movies are fun and all but my all time favorite horror movie has to be The Changling
Little kid ghosts scare the shit out of me
Still inside, yet doubt survives
it all begins beneath the skin
No-one is near, no-one will hear
your changeling song take shape
in Shadowtime
- Shadowtime by Siouxsie and the Banshees
