I never said CCBill had a problem with the site, i said that Visa wont process for such sites and, guess what, im right, otherwise you wouldnt be having this trouble.
Again, as you have been told previously in this thread, the models on their own ARENT the problem, its the use of 'schoolboys' 'barely legal' and all those other terms used to market pseudo CP sites to surfers looking for actual child porn that is causing the problem... Coupled with the young looking models. Either one on its own wouldnt be an issue, put them together however and alarm bells sound.
Lose that text and im sure you'll be fine with Visa.

max, the problem could be that your words make the reviewers at ccbill perceive the models as younger. remember, you want your surfers to do that - and it may have worked on your processor.
since all the pics are from a well known producer and all the sets are in many other sites processed by ccbill, have you talked to mark (corvett) at ccbill? if the issue is one reviewer, not only is it possible the issue could be resolved but ccbill should know if they have a reviewer who is turning down legal sites using well known legal content.
The point is, Sean thinks he knows everything, *if* he had listened to everyone months ago when we all told him Visa wouldnt process payments for his site, he wouldnt be having this problem now.
Unfortunately, he seemed to think he knew better than the rest of us, who have also had sites declined and accepted by both CCBill and Visa. We have experience in these things yet Sean decided to take everything that we told him needed changing and throw it in the garbage because he though *HE* knew better.
That is the point, he thinks he knows everything and, guess what, he doesnt.

Businesses do get to make their own rules as to who they deal with and this is an issue that I will side with VISA. I think the title of the thread is misleading because VISA really does care about ID's and they also care about what something looks like. VISA has taken a reasonably conservative approach to what sites they process for, and if you don't like their rules then you have to go somewhere else. There is the option of setting up a foreign corporation and using VISA EU because they do not use the exact same set of standards as VISA US> However, there are significant costs to legally going that route which have to be balanced against the potential revenue of the site.
I fully support Max's right to publish models that are 18 years old, but in that market there is always the risk that the content is unacceptable from a business standpoint and your business partners become rather limited.
As I read this thread, I can't help but get an image of Lee leaning back in his chair, hands across his chest, grinning and saying out loud "I told you so"

Chad, having read your posts, i know your a clever guy, and i agree with your in what youve just said.
Im talking in the same lines as you were in the GFY thread about scat sites and that guy whos being prosecuted for the video.
Sure VISA may decide what they like, we all know they own the economy in most developed countries and make their own rules. but we as webmasters should be supporting max, not taking pleasure in his problems like lee is.
Chad, in your opinion, is there anything I can do in a situation such as this. Max has asked for my help, but other than the fact that I supplied him with legal content and all the IDs and releases I don't know what else I can do.

what you can do is talk to ccbill. what they do and don't allow is strictly up to them and to visa.

Trust me, im really not taking pleasure in his problem with Visa, i've been there and know how much hassle it is havng to change tours because something is not up to standards with Visa or CCBill.
However, that being said, i am taking pleasure in the fact that Sean decided to ignore the advice he was given by many people on GWW including the warnings about using text and content that Visa or CCBill may not like...
Especially now that advice was ultimately proven to be correct, like the rest of us knew it was at the time.
When people on GWW give advice on this type of stuff, they do so because they know what they are talking about, not because it 'sounds' good, unfortunately, Sean found this out the hard way and maybe next time when he is given advice by industry veterans, he'll actually listen to it instead of demanding everyone is wrong.

Im not giving the url even though its in my faves and i dont think max will either. id advise him not to. if he does he will get haters using it as an excuse to flame him even though we all know his site is legal and above board. the guy cant even pm me private advise without getting flamed.
