    ICQ Acting Weird For Anyone Else Today?

    It isnt letting me signin for more than about 30 seconds, then when i try to signin for a second time it just constantly says 'connecting....'

    My ICQ has been on the fritz for quite some time recently.
    I even installed ICQ Pro 2003b and it's slow/lagging.
