Best resource to find submitters...?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I could get some insight into where I would go to find a good source of tgp/mgp submitters? Anyone have any insight into this?
Should we just outsource overseas? Are there TGP/MGP resources/forums I can troll?

im a bit slow today, what exacly is it you are looking for?
a employee to submit your galleries to tgps?
or people to submit their galleries to your tgps?

Sorry for the confusion, we're looking for webmasters with partner accounts to sign up to our program and submit our FHG's.
We're just looking to increase our TGP presence with our newer FHG's and whatnot.
