I assumes they are all just fake names, unless you know someone by the name of test or tes - anyway anyone with an epoch account has access to this info so I don't see this as being a big secret.

They aren't cutting their own throat. They're making 15% on sales they wouldn't have otherwise had. Smart companies don't leave money on the table.

Most sites now have more than one biller, so the billers are now jockeying to be the customer's first choice. It's a smart move for Epoch because if you haven't had cascading on your site, this will assure that Epoch is the FIRST choice.

Yes. That feature isn't quite ready yet but it will be in a few days. The images will have to be hosted somewhere and then linked into the Epoch/MPA3 program as we can't be in a position to host images due to 2257 concerns. But, to anyone looking at it from Epoch.com, the images will be there wrapped within the program. It's gonna be sweet.

Wow I am really impressed, the interface is quite nice. I must say for the past few months Epoch has really been working hard on adding new features etc. It is really good to see upgrades to stats, website etc. I do have one suggestion and that is to have a total for active members on the active members page. That just makes it so webmasters don't have to waste time and add them up. It was great to see Rand, Patrick, Amanda and the rest of the Paycom crew in Vegas.

thats a HUGE improvement. Thank you Epoch for thinking of smaller webmasters who want cascading billing and can't afford the costs of NATS or MPA3 - I think its brilliant the way you have set this up. I think this ensures that Epoch will be the #1 processor. And a great looking new site too.

Thanks Luke - The smaller to medium sized programs/sites are exactly the market we are trying to accommodate here. And, we've hired a director of affiliate relations to concentrate solely on the needs of resellers. We want to make sure we get this right.

Epoch had the first affiliate program offered by a billing company back in 1998 and it was so successful it nearly killed us. (Back then, we weren't ready for the server load!) But we haven't had the best program in a long time. We're looking to offer the best features for everyone at no cost and we mean business. All comments toward making the system even better are welcome. Give us your wish lists!

I don't see how Epoch can pay out for CCbill sales... unless the program owner gets 100% of the sale from Ccbill (minus processing) and Epoch pays the affiliate by deducting money from your Epoch account.

Was anyone else surprised to see Jettis listed as a biller? I didn't even know they were still around. Didn't they get bought out by someone... maybe Epoch themselves.

For clarification... Epoch acquired the Jettis 3rd party processing portfolio in July of 2004, however, Jettis maintained its check processing business and payment gateway services. We are including those services in the Epoch cascade suite.

Anyone think that huge move by Epoch by adding this MPA3 to their package has not made them the #1 processor in the world? Yes some will say they always where, but Ccbill was much better in many peoples eyes just a week ago.

I am really starting to LOVE the Epoch guys I think we have awaken a sleeping giant. :cheekymonkey:

A huge advantage that CCbill still has from an affiliate perspective is the ability to merge accounts under one master account. I had often wondered why Epoch never incorporatated that simple feature. That one thing would send Epoch over the top.
