Now back to who was the guy that was supposed to meet with Kocis the night he was killed? I am surprised that so far the investigators have not found the person that was supposed to meet him. As you may have already figured out I had no respect for Kocis, but somebody murdered him and that person needs to be put behind bars. I honestly hope they find the murderer soon.

A most interesting development. Hopefully Kocis' internet records reveal who actually sent that photo. Could have been a porn fan living a fantasy online pretending to be a model, or it may have been the killer trying to set up a known prostitute.

Oddly enough the instant I saw that photo in one of the news articles I figured someone had sent in a fake picture. It happens all the time. Some guys get off on submitting fake pictures. A lot of guys, actually.

Pure conjecture on my part, but the part that doesn't seem to make any sense is what Bryan's next door neighbors said about his paranoia... he didn't even let in people that he *knew* unless he was expecting them, let alone someone he didn't know.
Let's assume for a moment that somebody who wanted to model for Bryan or kill him (either one) sent Bryan a fake pic of the guy Harlow, got Bryan to agree to have the guy come over to model.
The part that doesnt' make sense is why Bryan would have let this guy in if it wasn't the guy in the pics. And too, the business about the wine bottle... implying that Bryan probably knew the other person.
I just hope the police know a LOT more than they are letting on, and have some solid leads, because from what's been released so far, it seems like an awful lot of wheel spinning with little to no results.
I had the opportunity to talk about this case with a police officer who works in California this past week. Neither one of know anything other than what has been reported--considering the past and the fact that at least one of Kocis' lawyers reads everything I post I have to say that--
We both came to the conclusion that although the investigators would do their jobs investigating Kocis' murder, because of the fact that he was a gay pornographer with a previous conviction of possession of child pornography that they would not be putting in any extra effort to solve the case.

That sucks! The murderer could turn his hatred for Kocis into hatred for others in our community. Who knows what issues the killer has or how his issues will present themselves again in the future, or if he's killed before Kocis and will continue after. Not good to have pedos OR murderers on the streets unchecked.
We kind of compared it to murders of drug dealers, mob hits, gang members where the departed will not be very missed, and the motive for the murder does not lead to violence against innocent victims.
