Ok, for those of you saying over 1024x768, what size is your monitor? I have a 21inch monitor and I think anything over 1024x768 is too tiny and hard to read. I can't believe some of the resolutions you guys have it set at.

but if you are shopping for a new display, I'd get the 226bw or an Apple Cinema Display.

I've looked at the Apple Cinema Display on the Apple Store and they look tasty... the 30" would be great for christmas...

yeah, I love it. I had bases built to put these monitors on to get them up at eye level and wouldn't go back to anything else. Only problem is that they are so bright and clear that I have to double check my work on a standard monitor to make sure that it still looks good even with the light level cut to 1/3 of full lest the vids end up too dark.
