I have no idea. On a side note, Banana Republic has some really nice Pima Cotton boxer briefs.

Thanks for the idea. we are still looking for a nice boxer to use, but everything that I have gotten as samples so far suck and I wouldnt wear them. Maybe my underwear standards are too high ..

    Chris,

We've always bought our own stock of whatever we're going to have printed or screen printed and then just supplied them to the printer. That way, we usually save a little money and end up with a better product, because as you said, most of the stuff the screen printers buy from their wholesalers is crappy quality. As for color on underwear, when we did our blue and purple underwear, we just bought white and dyed it.

As for printing, there's a really inexpensive screen printer in Oakland I can get you info for if you need it. They also do embroidery but I haven't used them for that.

Printing and Embroidery is not a problem here. it's just finding a large amount of boxers at a good price. Our beanies and cum rags cost us about 3 bucks each when finished, of course that is when we are running 500 plus items.

If you haven't already, check with Bodek and Rhodes. They are a huge wholesale supplier to the imprintable apparel industry. We used to buy a ton of stuff from them when I was in the touring entertainment industry, and they generally had everything from rock bottom Chinese shirts that were thinner than toilet paper to some pretty upscale golf shirts, dress shirts, satin jackets, and the like. If anyone has nice boxers in bulk, it would probably be them. Otherwise, you may have to buy in retail packaging.

Staton Wholesale is another one we occasionally used, and there's another big supplier we used to deal with that has warehouses all over the US, but I can't for the life of me remember their name. If I can find my old paper Rolodex, it's in there and I'll post it.
