simple and clean, looks good to get listed on sites that allow only 4 movies on a gallery page (lots of them want to see a min of 10 small clips), I think you can work on your teaser text and if you turn it into text instead of an image, it will load faster & save you a bit of bandwidth plus it may help out in future search engine placements.

Personally i think it is a bit to 'clean'

Perhaps add 2 or 3 more clips and a bit more advertising, remember, you are trying to make money for yourself not get more bookmark traffic for the MGPs you submit to
