Has Anyone Here Ever Filed For A Patent?

Looks like we might be filing a patent application shortly for something :thumbsup:

Just wondered if anyone had any hints or tips if they have been through this process for themselves in the past?

My company did at one stage, best bet is to get a patent lawyer.

Trademarks are easy but patents can be quite tricky particularly in relation to description of the process or innovation which you are patenting.

They may be pricey but they are worth every cent when you are suing the pants off someone for breach of patent and lost revenues.
