Best SFTP program

For years I have used WinSCP to do secure file transfers to my server. It also works with Putty for terminal work with Putty, so it is quite handy.

But sometimes WinSCP is sort of slow and I have been wondering what others are using? I do not mean regular FTP programs, but those that can do SFTP and have a built in SSH terminal.

I use filezilla, I chose SFTP in the dropdown box in the site, like where you put in your username and password

I also use Filezilla sometimes for secondary things. The main issue I have with it is that I cannot open a terminal window from it to start an SSH session a far as I can tell? Like after after you upload a ZIP file you want to unzip it or something.
