We're Going The Extra Mile To Fight Piracy!

Sebastian's Studios and Amad Media Distribution, INC. have teamed up to fight piracy harder than ever!

    ---------
    For Immediate Release;
    April 16, 2011

Las Vegas, NV - We all know how tough fighting piracy is. It's the most gut wrenching thing out there when you find your videos. No given producer has the time to sit there and combat piracy!

We have hired Jason Rockwell to join our offices and his only duties are to hunt down pirated content.

As a search for our stolen content we have decided to also go out of our way, take a step ahead, and locate pirated videos. Our goal is to actively sending links containing pirated stolen content to the primary producers, PornGuardian.com, and the FSC's APAP Program.

We feel the industry needs to fight strong against piracy. I know we cannot make a difference but we feel we can "attack" the habitual pirating individuals, their hosts, credit card processors, and 3rd party downloading services.

We are sure we can make a very small difference in the continuous circle of piracy. I also feel we can bring back more revenue into the adult industry by working together.

We are certainly taking a loss in this grueling horrible battle against piracy. We feel the more impact we can make on these pirated sites, we can make a difference. We're hoping content producers will work with us and acknowledge our efforts to combat piracy.

At this time a site is in development which we will host where all pirated sites will be listed. The site will be password protected and passwords will only be given out to content producers within the industry.
The site will list the following information:
    Website URL
Link to whois for the domain(s)
Studios and non-clickable links to the domain
SEO blocks so search engines can't crawl
    Who the host is
Who the credit card processor is
    A auto-filled DMCA form.

    Jayden,

This sounds like a good project. I would be happy to assist by creating a special area on GWW for this, that way we could get the word out to content owners and they will be able to access it if they have a GWW account.

Let me know if you are interested.

    cheers
    Luke

Absolutely Luke! This would be terrific! Maybe a thread or something of that nature that is static where we can post where piracy is. We currently have a list of about 50 websites and counting. Since our release, our email has been flooded (in a good way) of content owners, paysites, and studios wishing to join us in our effort to sweep what we can to battle this horrid growing epidemic.

    Thanks Luke!

    Hi guys

We have a conference call with Porn Guardian and Diane Duke from the FSC / Anti-Piracy Action Program.

We're also having a face to face meeting this week with Dominic Ford from Porn Guardian.

We'll be able to update you guys more this week on our plans. We might be able to offer more to content producers / paysite owners.

As our hunt continues, one thing I would like to suggest to paysite owners is to watermark your membersite videos.

For example, we're watermarking ours with a small "S" in the right bottom corner.
I wouldn't suggest a large watermark as members hate that. But somehow make an obvious watermark.

It's a suggestion because as our hunt continues, you can let us know what your watermarks are (a screen capture is best) as we come across them on tubes, torrents, blogs, etc. it would help us better alert you.

One thing I've discovered is EVEN IF YOU BUY CONTENT and you are not the primary content owner, you can report your videos with a watermark.

Let's say you have bought content from Adult Sex Content. A customer purchased a membership to your site and stole a scene and put it up on a site. With that watermark that identifies your site, the consumer stole it from your site, you can report it to have it taken down.

Our plans won't just affect the primary producer but also the secondary.

We also encourage producers / paysite owners / etc. to report pirate sites to us. We will share them with Porn Guardian and Diane at the FSC. APAP and Porn Guardian represent dozens of producers such as Titan, Hot House, Hot Desert Knights, etc. If the site you report has Titan, HDK, Hot House, I believe but cannot say definately gives the right to Porn Guardian and the APAP to have the content removed. This may not benefit you, but we believe the more attacks against pirate sites, their hosts, credit card processing, and any 3rd party service such as Files Monster will eventually create a hardship against the site.
I know for a fact there's nothing worse than spending time putting stuff up on a site to later take it down. We're hoping these piraters will eventually get tired of that. But some will take it down, then later add something different.

On a lot of sites, we're seeing them pirate content to build up traffic to their site. Once they get a large traffic flow, they're turning it into a legit affiliate site / paysite / etc. We are hoping to stop that. Why should we allow them to steal our hard work, money, and pocket from us to only later make some big cash on the traffic?

The site we're generating, when we find your content through the watermark, boxcover, promo images, site name, etc. The site will send you an automated email. When we add a site, we're going to have check boxes that we select by studio / website. When we check that box and click submit, it will shoot you an automated email alerting you where your content is.

Again, I strongly suggest everyone to join the FSC as a member. You receive extra benefits to Porn Guardian and APAP. You don't get the full benefits of their programs, but you get a lot of benefits to combat what is rightfully yours.
To be honest, we joined for as little as $250yr and our battle has decreased by about 15% thanks to their aid.

I'll be able to let you guys know more later in the week after our meetings on our full 100% approach. We'll also be able to announce the site on Monday.

    Wish us luck!

Update... The domain is going to be: CombatPiracyNow.com. :square:

Content Producers may start sending pirate domains / URLS now by emailing them to: piracy (at) amadvideos.com and Jason will immediately add them to the list.

Have you and Dominic Ford been on the trail of gayheaven.org?

They won't approve my membership, so I can't look around.

Let me see what I can do. I'm not sure if PornGuardian has done anything yet. But I will. Or at least try. I will keep you posted on my findings.

We are very interested! Although our content site (paysite) is not up yet, we have begun filming, and plan to start the site in late august, hopefully loaded with content. I was originally thinking of not offering downloads on the site, but I would think many members would rather download the content for later use. But I know there is software out there that would allow them to capture the video, and haven't heard of anything we can do to block that. Keep me posted!
