Here's a little information about AmadBucks.

AmAd Media Distribution, INC. was formed in late 2009. It's first intentions was to become a broker for small producers as a distributor to VOD sources and to work as an agent for individual producers who were trying to break into the industry.

Very quickly, AmAd Media Distribution, INC became what we call a "hit!" Immediately we took on over 50 small producers. Unfortunately, we just didn't have the manpower at that time to carry on such a large load. Instead, we had to back away from the Producers. Rather than taking our commission we paid back the funds we collected back to the producers plus gave them all of their commission and then became a "free support" service to them guiding them in ways to distribute their own content. To this day we help them.

Shortly after, PhillyFratLive.com, LLC became a client. They came to us and said, "HELP ME!" We offered them every piece of guidance possible. It's unfortunate they didn't listen. They quick went out of business. Rather than seeing their work go straight down the drain, lose their models, their software, everything... We took over ownership.

Immediately, PhillyFratLive.com became a hit. It's still doing very well.

Soon later, our sister company Sebastian's Studios, INC. decided to turn over SebastianBucks.com to us. With that, we acquired several different paysites such as: SebastiansStudios.com, GayBarebackVideos.com, JaysRoom.com, MyBarebackBuddy.com, NateFoxx.com, and a many others. We shut down many because they weren't great. Amadbucks.com only provides the greatest or at least what we think is the best.

Soon later, we teamed up with a content broker who's now out of business as an "encoder" of DVDs for their webmaster purchases. Unfortunately, they went out of business as well.

Shortly later, AmAd Media Distribution, INC. formed XXXDTO.com. We all know consumers LOVE to download. We made one step closer and teamed up with about 20 different producers to offer their DVDs. XXXDTO.com has been doing very well for a while now. Conversions are fantastic but of course we're still working on making it better. We all know the bigger the site, the more you have to offer, the better the conversions. Thus, Bigger is Better.

AmAd Media Distribution, INC. has spent over $50,000.00 in content purchases from producers, our exclusive production, and we've bought nearly everything from other content sources. With that said, at this point we feel we're undefeated.
Once the content deals were closed, we had no choice to bring in a few more guys to do all of the encoding for us. It's a year now and we're still encoding 10-14 hours each day 6 days a week and still about 700 DVDs to go plus we're constantly buying or producing.

Since we brought in the encoders, we began encoding for other paysites. This is another service Amad has.

Now onto the nitty gritty....

Amadbucks.com administers all of it's sites through CCBill. CCBill is our primary and our secondary. We refuse to work with any others. We refuse to never go onto being independent based using services such as NATS or MPA3. There's a lot of shady companies out there. You know who they are.
By being with CCBill we know damn well our affiliates are getting paid.

We payout 50% rev-share and 5% webmaster referral.
We have 4 affiliate managers.
With our staff... Before anyone is hired to handle anything, they must pass a drug test and criminal background check. If they fail, they are not hired. Once they are hired they are placed through a 4 week training course here in our offices. With this training course they are taught every department we have to offer including customer support, public relations, how to write a press release, how to work with our affiliates hands on, even taught to edit basic html pages so they have the ability to help affiliates in any way they need no project too large or small.

AmAd Media Distribution, INC. is probably one of the very few companies that is 24-7 and only closed 4 days a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Years Day). We do this so that we're able to offer prompt assistance to anyone no matter what time zone, answer to affiliates as quickly as possible, and handle immediate customer support.
