@Robert: Indeed these videos and photos are made by Jacek. He is one of the producers we cooperate at the moment. You are right that he has done things wrong, but this was mainly caused by his former partner. We assure you this will not happen anymore. Also we have invested in a new camera for him. So all videos are now in HD quality (not the ones we have on offer yet).

Big reason why I travel - you got to see, feel and touch the stuff before handing over the credit card number. What isn't lost in the translation, is victim of rich-American "cooperation".

No. I didn't get a refund. It was just a lesson I learned. The prices were good but the video quality was inferior. The photos were great though. But once I was buying the same "exclusive" videos twice (in a package deal) I just became very cautious about buying content from anyone.
You're right. Important to see what you are getting!
