I really want to go to Dublin in May for the International Gay Theater Festival. Been trying to save ahead a bit, since I have rent half the price of LA, here in Vegas. Getting the MacBook Pro caused me to skip a month towards Savings, as well as my Teaching Cert Course... but then again, free iMovie 10 will beat paying $300 for FCP X or Premiere Pro on two machines.

I need to post a thread about the awesomeness of iMovie 10! Starting with FREE, on desktop and MacBook Pro. For me, NOT free on iPad, because my iPad is almost 2 years old. Free is 2013 (I guess). iPhone is 2 1/2 years old. I don't want to make iPhone videos, but lots of people are making iPad videos and Podcasts. I can still shoot on iPad (B Roll covers and cutaways), edit on MacBook Pro and/or MacMini desktop with the Panasonic TM-900 footage. All HD.
