Improving GWW: Suggestions

I would like to see a sticky thread for important program changes and updates. Perhaps we can twist Diazzzy's arm from Signbucks Daily to mod it?

I also like the idea of a buy/sell forum. For the buy/sell I think it'd be cool to list a couple of the recent posts on the GWW sidebar like we do the latest tutorial posts.

My suggestion was not just for a forum, but a job/service offering/wanted matching tool. With its own DB.

As an Advertiser, I think this board needs to be more active. If you want to get this board more active I would suggest:

- Contests based on how much people are posting
- Make some key members moderators. Allow these Mods a free banner ad or some such thing in exchange for making a certain amount of posts per month.
- Okay I think we can get rid of the 'sponsor forums.' Nobody looks at them and they don't get updated. It seemed like a good idea at the time Luke set them up, but they really never generated much interest. It's better to just have one section where programs can post their updates etc.

That's just a few things off the top of my head.

I sell my DVDs through my own sites, plus two 3rd Party on-line retail sites. And you KNOW who EITHER of them is NOT.

2005 to Yesterday: Units sold 10,625 DVDs, with a net to me of $62,579.

All DVD-R On Demand, no inventory, no shipping, no warehousing, no upfront costs.

About 75% have been from my soft core catalog (non-sexual male nude), and 25% from my hard core titles (JO, oral, anal, 2 bareback titles).

It would be good business to have a transparent, non-political DVD-R sales channel for my hard core titles, in addition to and as effective as those that sell my soft core titles.

It would be good for the buyers and collectors, and it would be good for me, to be able to earn more to shoot and produce more. And to even buy from content producers here - after all networking and mutual support is supposedly what GWW and GD are about.

But, in the meantime, I'll do it myself. If some other proprietor of retail sales channel(s) doesn't like my content for political reasons, and there are 2, that only means I cannot and should not compromise my artistic content to conform to someone else's idea of us vs them.

I remember once in 2005 a member here advertised in a text thread that she sold site templates. When I replied that I was interested, she said she was too busy to even show me what she had for sale. That was 6+ years ago.
