If you are interested in booking a room at the Aloft Tempe for The Phoenix Forum at the low rate of $139 per night plus tax you MUST do it before March 13, 2012. The rate cut-off date is March 13, 2012 at 5 PM local hotel time or when the group block sells out.

I have 1 room left at the Marriott for arrival Thursday March 29 and departing Sunday, April 1, 2012. The rate for Thursday night only is $259 plus tax and the rest of the stay is at the group rate of $149 per night. That comes to an average daily rate of $185.67 plus tax.
