Do work on your content to make it useful with some uniqueness so that users really love it and go for quality directories for submission and also submit articles to popular directories and if your going to exchange links than link only most relevant sites and have a little patience.

Do a search for your favorite porn keywords and then start to look at the sites in the top results. Chances are they got there by trading links so look at their blogrolls and if you see a bunch of other blogs listed then you can try contacting the site owner to see if they'll do a trade with you. And the blog trades listed on these sites are also a good source to find people who might trade with you. The challenge is figuring out how to contact some of them since they don't always include a contact form or email address.

I've found that the sites in the top 20 or so of Google results may not want to do trades with newer sites but as you drill down the list you should find some that will trade.
