I like it,

But from research and development over the past 6 months. You will get best results with that kind of tour, by removing the big video at the top, and only having thumbs of the scenes.

I think as a general rule of thumb. Its better to have a landing page that you agree to enter. Maybe thats just my opinion tho

Thank you for the info. I agree. Thats why I have one. I see that a lot of companies do. I was reading that a lot of sites lose traffic because people bounce off from the main page. But i was thinking...if someone takes the effort to go to the site...then clicking enter shouldn't be that big of a turn off. agreed?

As for a warning page, I have never once heard any legal case being swayed or won due to a warning page being in place. I have also NEVER heard of any legal requirement for this, nor any requirement from Visa / MC / other billers. On the flip side, I have seen solid stats that show that a warning page does increase bounce rates as only 60-70% of surfers bother clicking through to the main tour page. So, IMHO, don't do it!

I'm in agreement with you on that Luke. Warning pages have little to no import legally as to how it pertains to your website and also agree that there is nothing credible that shows warning pages reduces sign ups. Do it if you want, but I think it would SLIGHTLY do more harm than good.
