Usually when a company puts itself up for sale and is looking for a buyer it is almost always hush hush. I have no idea why Bruce would basically go on a board and scream, "Pride Bucks is for sale!". It makes no sense to me whatsoever.

But then again most of the B2B posts that he makes don't make much sense to me either.

Yeah, that's true, but when it becomes public knowledge you'd think the owner might make a statement or put out a release, especially Harlen since he's usually active on adult forums and has been very forthcoming about other Pride Bucks related issues. I'm just wondering if he even knows the "cat is out of the bag"... or maybe our speculation is wrong and he can deny it?

In all actuality I don't understand why sites/programs for sale use a broker in the first place. There are only a handful of companies at most that are even interested in acquisitions at this point in time, and everyone in the industry knows who they are. When it comes time for those companies to put the money on the table there are only a couple that are willing to do it. Why not just go to those companies directly and save a lot of hassle?

Lots of things don't make sense to me in this industry now. This is one of them.

Let us not forget that there are adult investment firms out there as well, who brokers deal with and not just the handful of companies that absorb companies either in trouble or companies where folks just simply want to move on with something else.
