Why not just make it free to anyone and everyone, seems like a good way to generate traffic to their paysites. Instead, it'll be a closed network that only members will see. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Yes, I know of another site that does this. It's maybe a handful or two of the members who keeps their forum and chats alive, in general just communicating with each other. A very closed circle and a missed opportunity indeed.

I have a feeling they may have more members than us, we're in the lower 4 digits... We have a forum in our members area where we make it interactive. Nobody really pays attention. They want to get off, that's why they login. Hookup sites... People wanna fuck and get off with another or more.
With that said, I too agree this was a poor decision.

I used to be an affiliate of there's UNTIL they released their pissing videos. We didn't even know until we got a notice from CCBill telling us to remove the links. 3 months later, our merchant account mailed us a letter of termination. I wonder if that's affected them as well.
