Try looking for tube, artist, photographer or gallery media themes. Take a look at this one for a "tube" style site, it's free, and only costs $15 if you want to remove the "designed by" information. Free WordPress Tube Theme WP4 and it matches what you gave as an example ... that pic is of a tube site.

There are some nice photo media themes here -- check out #14 and #15 in particular as they also resemble your sample picture. These at least give you some idea of what to search for using Google or Yahoo
