    That's a pretty steady stream of income for an established site ... may I ask what's prompting the sale? Ill health, retirement...?

    I am retiring kinda -- I am shifting my focus to what I was doing 15 years ago. I was self-employed as an energy healer and I want to take the next step and work again with people in finding ways to heal themselves. Today in 2017 I am working a regular job 40 hours a week and need to find more time to work with people. So, that is why I would like to hand-off my sites to someone that is willing to put some time in and keep the sites updated and active.
