    We Won Over 2257 - It's Over

12 years later... we won over 2257!

A lot of money was spent on 3rd Party record keeping, a lot of photographer's catalogs were made worthless, some committed suicide, some were terrorized by "inspections". That's a terrible history, but not our future!

Thanks for the post Nick. I'll be one happy camper for sure! It'll be interesting to see who all returns to the biz once this is official and the record keeping for secondary producers and jail time are a thing of the past.

There was a lot of Drama here in the Summer of 2006 when the first "inspections" started happening.

The biggest Drama was from a member here who went into major detail about being inspected -- but in reality, he never was!

He made it all up to get publicity.

By 2011, he was gone from making movies anyway! Maybe even 2010.

    Final Decree today...

    https://www.xbiz.com/news/237772/225...udgment-decree

Although the Government has the right to appeal. The Government didn't lose EVERYthing! But enough...

It had already lost the "search and seizure" garbage... and much of the records-keeping and labeling nonsense.
